Important notice:
Current air freight bomb threats increase overseas shipping time. Allow for
extra time due to extra cargo boarding and customs
checks.
General
For items not in stock at PRME, processing delays are inevitable.
Shipping time from supplier to PRME is about one - two weeks after receipt
of the order by the supplier.
Shipping from PRME; see the time tables below (indication of postNL)
PRME shipping usualy is on Tuesday and Thursday.
Shipping on Saturday through Monday is not possible.
Shipping conditions
Standard shipping ( tracktrace outside Europe)

I ship worldwide, using postNL registered, priority mail. (you sign
for receipt of goods)
The shipped items are insured for a maximum value of Euro 500.00 (postNL conditions)
Fully insured shipping. (includes tracktrace)
On special request I can ship expresse, fully
insured with postNL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX with worldwide Track-Trace.
postNL offers insurance up to €5000, for an extra shipping cost of €10.00
Because of the high cost of expresse shipping with other carriers than postNL
(starts at €80.00),
the parcel will be prepared first, and then the invoice will be sent to the
customer. Shipping will take place when the payment is received.
Some shippers also allow the customer to arrange the pickup. This can be
very cost effective. Check your local shipper for conditions.
PRME responsibility for the goods ends the moment they are shipped.
General Shipping/handling info
PRME uses registered mail shipping only, by the Dutch
postal service (www.postnl.nl):
To these prices, handling cost will be added, depending on parcel dimensions. However,
shipping cost outside the Netherlands will have a minumum of €20,00.
If you use the paypal shopping cart, the shipping cost is automatically generated,
and is based on a worldwide shipping estimate.
PRME does not have a minimum order amount, but does use a minimum shipping
cost of €20,00 instead.
For shipping services charged by PRME, VAT will
be added as appropriate, depending on shipping country.
Billed shipping charges by the shopping cart system include handling and packaging.
In this cart system, it is not possible to cover each country in detail. For
European countries I therefore refund surplus shipping costs if appropriate.
Worldwide (ZONE 5) shipping
is registered, but there is no Track-trace for all countries yet.
shipping in Europe, but outside the EC, (ZONE 4) also may have limited
Track-trace possibility.
