I get many mails every day, and will try my best to answer them if the questions are legitimate and personal.
Questions of general nature are best asked in my customer support forum www.prme.nl/forum (the forum is not restricted to customers)
  If the request is about information already documented in my web pages or my support forum, I will probably not answer the mail.
  A lot of time and effort goes into keeping these web pages up to date, so please read my pages first before asking.
